Half Day Retreat- Harmony in Nature
This Retreat will be a fabulous opportunity to reconnect and rebalance, aligning your natural rhythms with the timeless flow of the natural world.
Through a blend of elemental yoga, meditation, outdoor yoga and/or forest bathing, this retreat will be a mindful exploration and re-discovery of the tranquillity of nature, helping participants to rediscover inner harmony, restore balance, and nurture a sense of grounded well-being. There will also be an optional head massage during the final meditation.
This Retreat will be run by Yoga Instructors, Nicki & Mignon. It will run from 10-2pm and will include morning tea 😊
The cost of the retreat is $99 (or $85 for Seniors).
