Join us for a 45 minute movement class. Yoga Strength with our 50's + age group in mind.
During this class we will flow and move in a gentle way, that strengthens, stretches and trains our balance safely.  
This class is a senior and absolute beginner 's friendly, low impact class. A great way to connect and socialise with an optional cup of tea afterwards.

Props used, blankets, chairs and small weights.

15 min complimentary Tea and coffee served afterwards for those who would like to join.
