This class combines yoga, Pilates, and functional fitness to build strength, balance, and mobility. We begin with a standing warm-up, then move into resistance and bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, and upper-body work with bands. Core-focused Pilates follows, before winding down with soothing yoga stretches and a restorative 10-minute Shavasana.

Props like chairs or the barre may be used to support balance and alignment. Perfect for improving bone density, strength, and overall wellbeing.
