Our Yin & Yang class offers a beautifully balanced practice that blends the active, dynamic energy of Yang yoga with the slow, meditative stillness of Yin. The first half of the class features flowing, strength-building sequences similar in style and intensity to our General class—designed to warm the body, build stamina, and improve mobility.
In the second half, we shift into longer-held Yin postures, targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body to promote flexibility, release tension, and encourage a state of deep relaxation. This contrast between effort and ease creates a holistic experience that not only supports physical well-being but also helps to calm the nervous system and reduce stress.
Ideal for those looking to energize the body while also allowing time to unwind, stretch deeply, and reconnect with a sense of stillness.
