Our Restore class offers the gentlest and most nurturing experience on our schedule, designed to support deep rest, relaxation, and healing—both physically and mentally. This floor-based practice includes a combination of gentle yoga stretches, longer-held restorative and Yin-inspired postures, and an extended guided meditation.
With a strong focus on calming the nervous system and creating a sense of ease in both body and mind, this class is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or recovery from physical strain. The use of props encourages comfort and support in every pose, allowing you to fully release tension without effort or strain.
Best of all, the entire class takes place on the floor—we remain grounded from start to finish (we don’t stand until it's time to leave!).
