The General yoga class offers a balanced blend of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga at a moderate pace—similar to Slow Flow, but less intense than Vinyasa. Each session includes sun salutations, standing strength and balance work, deep stretches, breathwork, and a longer guided meditation to close.
