BYO Yoga mat to lie or sit on. Feel free to bring your own cozy socks, blankets and pillow or use studios bolster and blanket.
This session is not a movement class. Relaxation/ meditation.

Join us in the sound space, where Sophie will guide you into a 60-minute relaxed, deep meditative state using healing, high-frequency sounds and vibrations. 
Whilst in this therapeutic alpha and theta brain wave state, our minds and bodies begin to heal and de-stress. Allowing for a more centred, grounded and balanced state.

Sound therapy re-collaborates the nervous system, taking participants from a state of fight or flight or freeze to a calm rest and digest state known as the parasympathetic state.
Sound therapy can help reduce inflammation and improve immunity, improve sleep and digestion and our ability to connect with ourselves and others. 
No experience necessary, this guided relaxation is really perfect for those starting out with meditation as the non-harmonious overtones allow our mind to focus and become more present effortlessly.  

No movement, lying down or seated position. We have blankets and bolsters for you to use. Or for a more luxurious experience wear your cozy socks and bring your own pillow, blanket to use.
