Join us for a transformative two-hour restorative journey guided by the experienced and soothing presence of Anna Coventry, a 500-hour RYT with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in yoga.

What to Expect: The session will begin with gentle, grounding sequences designed to release tension, boost energy, and prepare the body for deep relaxation. The practice seamlessly transitions into Yin Yoga, allowing you to stretch into the connective tissues, inviting stillness and surrender.

The experience will culminate in a deeply restorative yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Yoga Nidra is a powerful guided meditation that is practised lying down and induces complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. While your body sleeps, your awareness is guided on a journey that supports both conscious rest and a deeper connection to self.
