Gentle Fusion is a combination of gentle yoga and gentle pilates, suitable for beginners.
It's a great class to help you get stronger and more flexible. There is a combination of strengthening and balancing practices and we use different props like pilates bands, balls and weights.

An excellent choice for beginners.
