Barre Fusion is a fun, low impact, full body workout that blends ballet inspired movements with high intensity exercises, all set to the beat of great music. Using a ballet barre, you'll incorporate moves like lunges, pliés, and squats. Elements of Pilates and Yoga are also incorporated to focus on precision and control. Barre utilizes high reps of small range movements, which, in combination, are designed to strengthen and tone your body through a series of dynamic, yet controlled movements.
